These proposals were received positively and we were invited to present the scheme to Manchester City Council conservation panel on 11th of February 2025 which, again, the proposals gained favourable feedback from the panel. A further pre-application meeting and presentation was then held with the Manchester City Council planning case officer Emily Booth and conservation officer Jackie Whelan on 24th March 2025. A formal pre-application submission was then made following this meeting and an initial list of information and requirements for validation were provided by MCC in response. A initial meeting was held with Historic England Officer, Ross Brazier on 6th March 2025 where the developed proposals from the end of RIBA Stage 2 were shared.
